本实验将抗人精子和抗小鼠精子的单克隆抗体 HS11,HS63,MS204和 MS207分别通过腹腔注射,被动免疫雄性和雌性成年 CD-1小鼠,实验证明,上述单抗免疫雄鼠后均不能穿过血睾屏障,只能与生殖道管内部分精子抗原反应。免疫雄鼠的精子作体外受精,除 HS63组外,其余三组的受精率显著下降。免疫雌鼠交配后,体内受精率显著降低;受精卵在体外培养中退化;子宫内的胚胎数明显减少。但免疫雄鼠交配后,上述检测指标均与对照无明显差异。
In this study, male and female adult CD-1 mice were immunized by intraperitoneal injection of anti-human sperm and anti-mouse sperm monoclonal antibodies HS11, HS63, MS204 and MS207 respectively. Can not cross the blood testis barrier, only part of the reproductive tract sperm antigen reaction. Fertilized male sperm for in vitro fertilization, with the exception of HS63 group, the remaining three groups of fertilization rates decreased significantly. Immune female mice mating, significantly reduced in vivo fertilization; fertilized eggs in vitro degradation; significantly reduced the number of intrauterine embryos. However, males immunized after mating, the above test indicators were no significant difference with the control.
