近年来,教师的发展问题越来越受到广泛关注,针对中学教师的培训活动也陆续展开。但随着时代的进步,传统培训的弊端日益显露,校本培训于是应运而生。本文分析了传统教师培训的弊端,阐述了校本培训的优势,以便学校、教师与社会相关部门更好地致力于教师的发展。
In recent years, the issue of teachers’ development has drawn more and more attention. The training activities aimed at secondary school teachers have also been carried out one after another. However, with the progress of the times, the drawbacks of traditional training have become increasingly apparent, and school-based training has come into being. This article analyzes the shortcomings of traditional teacher training, expounds the advantages of school-based training, so that schools, teachers and social departments to better devote themselves to the development of teachers.
