目的通过监测蟑螂种群分布和季节消长,了解荔城区蟑螂的危害,为防制工作提供依据。方法用粘捕法在各调查点不同部位各放置1个蟑螂屋,晚放晨收,每月中旬监测1次,全年监测。结果在5类行业分布区共布放蟑螂屋2100盒,回收1 763盒,阳性773盒,侵害率43.8%。以饮食服务行业侵害率最高(54.1%),农贸市场次之(49.5%),企业、机关最低(12.7%)。共捕获各种蟑螂8 207只,平均密度4.7只/盒。以农贸市场密度指数最高(9.0),饮食服务行业次之(7.2),企业、机关最低(0.3);德国小蠊为优势种群(57.0%),其次为美洲大蠊(25.9%)、澳洲大蠊(17.1%);总密度和若虫密度季节消长均为双峰型,高峰期均为5~6月和9~10月。结论在灭蟑达标后,应进一步采取以环境治理为主的综合性防治措施,在繁殖高峰加大杀灭力度,有效控制蟑螂密度。
Objective To monitor the cockroach population distribution and seasonal fluctuation to understand the hazards of cockroaches in Licheng District and provide the basis for the prevention and control work. Methods Using sticky catching method, 1 cockroach house was set up in different parts of each survey site, closed in the morning and closed in the middle of each month, and monitored throughout the year. Results A total of 2,100 boxes of cockroach houses were distributed in 5 industrial distribution areas, with 1 763 boxes recovered, 773 boxes positive, and the infringement rate was 43.8%. The highest rate of infringement in food service industry (54.1%), followed by farmer’s market (49.5%), the lowest in enterprises and institutions (12.7%). A total of 8 207 kinds of cockroaches were captured with an average density of 4.7 / box. The highest index of farmers’ market density (9.0), the catering service industry (7.2), the lowest level of enterprises and institutions (0.3), the dominant population of German cockroach (57.0%), followed by Periplaneta americana (25.9%), Australia (17.1%). The seasonal fluctuation of total density and nymph density were bimodal, and the peak periods were from May to June and from September to October. Conclusion After the standard of cockroach control is reached, comprehensive prevention and control measures based on environmental management should be further adopted to intensify the killing efforts at the peak of breeding so as to effectively control the density of cockroaches.
