目的 :探讨当归对氧化低密度脂蛋白 (OLDL)致血管内皮细胞 (VEC)损伤的细胞保护作用。方法 :以人脐静脉内皮细胞 (HUVEC)为实验模型 ,采用细胞培养 ,免疫组化等技术观察OLDL对VEC分泌一氧化氮(NO)及细胞间粘附分子 - 1(ICAM - 1)表达的影响并研究当归的保护作用。结果 :OLDL使EC分泌的NO显著降低 ,ICAM - 1的表达显著升高。当归明显拮抗这一作用 ,而阿托品能阻断当归的作用。结论 :当归能拮抗OLDL致内皮细胞分泌NO下降和ICAM - 1表达升高 ,此作用可能与M型胆碱能受体兴奋有关
Objective: To investigate the cytoprotective effect of Angelica sinensis on damage of vascular endothelial cells (VEC) induced by oxidized low-density lipoprotein (OLDL). METHODS: Human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVEC) were used as experimental model. Cell culture, immunohistochemistry and other techniques were used to observe the expression of NO and ICAM-1 in VECs of OLDL. Influence and study the protective effect of Angelica. RESULTS : OLDL significantly reduced the secretion of NO in EC, and the expression of ICAM-1 significantly increased. Angelica significantly antagonizes this effect, and atropine can block the effect of angelica. Conclusion: Angelica can antagonize the decrease of NO secretion and ICAM-1 expression in endothelial cells induced by OLDL, which may be related to the activation of M-type cholinergic receptors.
