本文在大量施工实践基础上,提出了导向孔在大孔径钻井施工中的重要作用。并从孔径、钻具组合、防斜、纠斜四个方面探讨了导向孔施工技术。在孔径方面,针对易斜区和非易斜区的不同情况,提出分别采用Φ311mm和Φ215.9mm孔径开孔;在钻具组合方面,提出根据不同情况,分别采用刚性组合和钟摆组合方法;在防斜方面,从安装和开孔、钻具组合、冲洗液和上水量、钟摆钻具的使用、合理使用钻压、保持三个小班的钻压和转速一致、认真做好质量检测等7个方面概括了一整套防斜措施;在纠斜方面,提出了钟摆钻具纠斜、小眼扩大眼纠斜、封孔纠斜等三种行之有效的方法。
Based on a large number of construction practices, this paper presents the important role of pilot holes in the construction of large-aperture drilling. And from the aperture, combination of drilling tools, anti-inclined, correcting oblique four aspects of the pilot hole construction technology. In the aspect of aperture, for the different conditions of easy-inclined area and non-easy-inclined area, it is proposed to use Φ311mm and Φ215.9mm aperture respectively. In the aspect of drilling assembly, the combination of rigid combination and pendulum is proposed according to different situations. Anti-inclined, from the installation and opening, combination of drilling tools, flushing fluid and the amount of water, the use of pendulum drill, the rational use of weight-bit, to maintain three small classes of drill pressure and speed consistent, do a good job of quality inspection, etc. 7 In the aspect of rectification, a set of anti-skew measures are summarized. In the aspect of correcting skewness, three effective methods of correcting skewness of the pendulum drill, widening of the eye to correct skew and sealing of the seal hole are put forward.
