随着社会经济的快速发展,改革的逐渐深入,企业职工医疗保险工作方面的问题也在逐渐明显,其中看病难、看病贵以及医疗覆盖范围小等问题都阻碍了职工医疗保险工作的开展。人们对于医疗保险工作的重视程度也在逐渐提升,强烈希望出台相关政策,完善医疗保险制度,实际解决职工医疗中存在的问题,促使医疗保险制度与人民生活真正的结合在一起。
With the rapid socio-economic development and gradual deepening of reform, the problems in the work of medical insurance for enterprise employees are gradually becoming clear. Among them, the problems of medical treatment, expensive medical treatment and small medical coverage have hindered the development of medical insurance for workers. People pay more attention to the medical insurance work.
