企业过分庞大不好的第一个理由,是在那里劳动的人,随着企业的扩大,人的地位逐渐变小。人的地位一小,职工就会产生消极情绪,总觉得继续在那个企业工作没有意思。
The first reason why companies are too big and bad is that people who work there are gradually getting smaller as the company expands. When a person’s position is small, employees will have negative emotions, and they always feel that it is not meaningful to continue working in that company.
