阜阳地区位于安徽省的西北部,黄干淮海平原南端,通常称作“皖西北”。辖七县三市,是典型的农业区。小麦是本区最重要的粮食作物,常年种植面积1200万亩左右,总产已达30亿公斤上下,占安徽省小麦产量的1/3强。小麦的丰歉对全区农村经济、人民生活、社会安定乃至整个经济的振兴关系重大。因此,做好小麦的良种繁育、供种工作是搞好主攻小麦,力争小麦高产、稳产、优质的关键。从1990年起,全区种子部门逐步建起了小麦良种的“一二四”繁育供种体系,开展了统一供种工作,摸索了一些经验。
Fuyang region is located in the northwest of Anhui Province, the southern end of the Huanggan Huaihai Plain, often called “Wanxi North ”. Jurisdiction over seven counties and three cities, is a typical agricultural area. Wheat is the most important grain crop in this area. The perennial planting area is about 12 million mu and the total output has reached 3 billion kilograms, accounting for one third of the output of wheat in Anhui Province. The apology of wheat has a great bearing on the rural economy, people’s livelihood, social stability and even the revitalization of the entire economy in the region. Therefore, doing a good job of wheat breeding, for the kind of work is to do a good job of wheat, and strive to wheat high yield, stable yield, high quality key. Since 1990, the seed department of the entire region has gradually established a “one two four” breeding system of wheat seed, carried out a unified work of supplying seeds and fleshed out some experiences.
