五、集装箱管理装卸工艺优化仿真决策系统 集装箱码头的投资决策是一门科学,因为一个大型集装箱码头泊位的投资,通常在8~10亿人民币之间;一条大型集装箱作业线的设备投资,通常在1亿人民币左右。如此巨大的投资决策能否成功,对一个经营者来讲是一个考验。 为了能够提高集装箱码头的投资决策的科学性、经济性和合理性,本课题建立了基于多级排队网络模型的港口集装箱装卸仿真系统和港口集装箱设备优化配置仿真系统。本仿真系统运用离散事件仿真系统的原理,编制了界面友好的集装箱码头装卸工艺模拟软件,用VB6.0语言编程提供了具有可操作性与直观性的研究港口装卸系统行为的工具。通过本课题的研究,为集装箱的最大吞吐能力的计算,码头设备配置的优化,寻找码头
