问:为何救援宣告结束后仍发现一名生还儿童?答:这只能说是生命的奇迹。这是2011年“7·23”甬温线动车追尾事故发生26小时后,出现在铁道部新闻发布会上的一段对话。这一看似简单的对话引起了轩然大波,此后不久,官方宣布铁道部新闻发言人王勇平调任。刚参加新闻发布会不久即被调任,引来众多猜测。也许这只是个巧合,但是我们想透过这一对话探讨一下新闻发言人的使命。
Q: Why was a survivor still found after the rescue was over? A: It can only be a miracle of life. This is a dialogue that occurred at a press conference of the Ministry of Railways 26 hours after the motor car rear-end accident on July 7, 2011 in the Yong Wen Line. This seemingly simple dialogue aroused the uproar. Shortly afterwards, the official announcement was made by Wang Yongping, a spokesman for the Ministry of Railways. Shortly after he attended the press conference, he was re-designated and attracted many speculations. Perhaps this is only a coincidence, but we would like to explore the spokesman’s mission through this dialogue.
