少儿图书馆是公共图书馆事业的重要组成部分,是未成年人学习和活动的社会基地,但目前我国的少儿图书馆发展速度还远未能满足广大少年儿童的需求,相当地区只在公共图书馆开设了少儿阅览区,而且这种状况还将持续很长一段时间。因此,优化少儿阅览区的服务将是我们面对的一个现实问题。本文通过对杭州图书馆儿童借阅部优化服务的实践描述,初步探讨了公共图书馆少儿阅览区的现状、优化服务的必要性、具体举措以及相关策略。
The children’s library is an important part of the public library and a social base for the learning and activities of minors. However, at present, the development speed of the children’s library in our country is far from meeting the needs of the majority of children and adolescents. Museum opened a children’s reading area, but this situation will continue for a long time. Therefore, optimizing the service of children’s reading area will be a real problem we face. Based on the practice description of the optimization service of children’s lending department in Hangzhou Library, this paper initially discussed the current situation of children’s reading area in public library, the necessity of optimizing service, specific measures and related strategies.
