在旋转机械中,为了防止汽体介质从装置中向外泄漏,轴的两端都采用密封装置,如汽轮机的轴封一般是迷宫式的,主要用齿的间隙和齿数来控制漏汽量。由于轴在运行中的振动,以及汽封安装得不适当,会造成汽封齿磨损,常年轻微磨损积累的结果使间隙增大。尤其在启动时,如控制不当,动、静部件温差引起的热变形往往使汽封齿受到撞击而倒齿、曲卷,间隙急剧扩大,使汽封漏汽量大大超过设计值,降低了装置的经济性。本文介绍一种新型椭圆汽封,能有效地解决上述问题,可供读者参考。
