本文采用空斑法、微量细胞病变抑制法、以及对小鼠进行鼻腔攻击的方法,观察了防感合剂的抗病毒及诱生干扰素作用。结果表明,防感合剂可直接灭活呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV)和对 RSV 感染后有保护作用,并可降低小鼠在副流感痛毒攻击下的死亡率。此外,防惑合剂还有对新城鸡瘟病毒(NDV)诱生干扰素的协同增强作用。在小鼠腹腔注射防感合剂后的8、16、24、32h,用微量细胞病变抑制法(CPE)在 L929细胞上测定干扰素效价,其中24h 数值最高为98.23u/ml。所诱生的干扰素符合Ⅰ型干扰素性质。
In this study, the anti-viral and anti-interferon effects of anti-inflammation agents were observed using plaque method, micro-cytopathic inhibition method, and nasal cavity challenge in mice. The results showed that the anti-infective agent can directly inactivate respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) and protect against RSV infection, and it can reduce the mortality of mice under the attack of parainfluenza. In addition, the anti-puzzle mixture has a synergistic effect on NDV-induced interferon. Eight hours, 16, 24, and 32 hours after intraperitoneal injection of anti-inducing agent, interferon titers were measured on L929 cells using a minimal cytopathic effect (CPE) assay, in which the 24h value was a maximum of 98.23 u/ml. The induced interferon meets the type I interferon properties.
