Inner Mongolia Spend 8 Billion Yuan for Highway Construction Recently, Inner Mongolia Branch of China Construction Bank and Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Traffic Department signed a letter of intent on cooperation of 8 billion yuan in road construction loans. The investment of 80 billion yuan of credit funds, will focus on the 110 National Highway and the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region inter-provincial major thoroughfare construction.
