P91钢广泛应用于我国电厂锅炉与管道中,其蠕变损伤性能的研究对预测电厂寿命具有一定的理论和工程意义。基于P91钢546℃下的蠕变试验,采用双参数法对Kachanov-Rabotnov(K-R)蠕变损伤本构方程的参数进行拟合。开发了有限元软件的用户子程序,对蠕变试样进行有限元分析,有限元分析结果与试验值进行了比较。结果表明,通过有限元分析获得的损伤量与断裂时间试验结果吻合较好,说明该研究结果可以为P91钢的蠕变损伤分析和寿命预测提供理论基础。
P91 steel is widely used in boiler and pipelines of power plants in our country. The study of its creep damage performance has certain theoretical and engineering significance for predicting the life of power plant. Based on the creep test at 546 ℃ of P91 steel, the parameters of Kachanov-Rabotnov (K-R) creep damage constitutive equation were fitted by two-parameter method. The user subroutine of finite element software was developed, and the finite element analysis of creep specimen was carried out. The results of finite element analysis were compared with the experimental values. The results show that the damage quantity obtained by the finite element analysis is in good agreement with the fracture time test, which shows that the results of this study can provide a theoretical basis for creep damage analysis and life prediction of P91 steel.
