有关旋毛虫成虫和肌肉期幼虫的形态学、抗原性等方面的研究较多较深入,而由于收集新生幼虫不易,因此使有关研究受到了很大限制。本实验系参照Dennis等和Stewart等法,改进了体外培养旋毛虫成虫中收集大量新生幼虫的方法。
