Gerstmanns综合征的病理损害几乎均限于左顶叶皮层;CT问世前,仅4例疑为右半球病变所致,本文介绍1例伴发于右半球病变的Gerstmann’s综合征,经CT、MRI和SPECT证实.女性,57岁,右利.冠脉旁路及房间隔修补术后2日发病.入院时定向及注意力相对完整.自发语言和重复力轻度受损.其最突出的表现是左右混淆,任何需左、右手完成的指令均引起犹豫和失望,两手手指失认.不能识别数字并进行计算.阅读困
