一、概况 我厂使用的是保定生产的4L—20/8型压风机。整个机械润滑系统分两部分:运动机构(包括曲轴拐颈、十字头、机身滑道等)用一齿轮泵供油(30—50号机油),循环润滑,耗油极少;气缸内使用铸铁活塞环,用13号压缩机油润滑,注入缸内的油既无法循环,也无法回收,所以只得随风白白排掉,这样既污染了空气,又给国家造成了浪费。 据多次测定和统计,这台压风机每小时耗油100克,每天工作12小时(双班制),每年按300天计,每年就耗掉576公斤13号压缩机油。
