近年来,一些人热衷于搜寻“神童”、“天才”,以期一蹴而就培育出超凡的艺术人才,在绘画艺术的创作与教学活动中造成了或多或少的扭曲。产生这种情况的一个重要原因,就是对艺术个性理解的简单化倾向,忽视了艺术个性是集艺术家较高、较全面文化素养和人生复杂经验且历较长期艺术实践苦心经营的结果,而将其混同于一般的形式探索活动,并往往把这种活动中表现出来的一般生活性格
