企业教育在成人教育中占据着重要位置。近年来天津企业教育在市委、市政府的领导下有了很大发展，从而促进了企业生产，对经济和社会生活产生了积极影响，本文对此作了简要论述．当前是深入贯彻全教会精神，全面落实中央《关于深化教育改革，全面推进素质教育的决定》、《面向２１世纪教育振兴行动计划》、《关于国有企业改革和发展若干重大问题的决定》和天津市《关于深化教育改革，全面推进素质教育的若干意见》的关键时期．企业教育的改革和发展要把思想认识统一到中央和市委、市政府的精神上来．企业教育改革应当主动为企业服务，与国有企业改革同步，统筹规划和综合配套实施，开创企业教育综合改革的新局面，全面提高企业职工的素质。营造国有企业改革与发展的良好环境．
