患儿,女,2个月。因发热伴全身紫癜6天入院。经外院检查脑脊液正常,血细菌培养莫拉氏杆菌生长。入院时体检:神志朦胧,对外界反应极差,不哭不动,全身浮肿及散在1×1～3×3cm大小不等的紫癜,部分表面呈紫黑色。前囟略饱满,浅表淋巴结未触及,咽部充血,心肺听诊阴性。腹柔软,肝肋下3cm,脾1.5cm。白细胞24×10~9/L,中性76％,淋巴24％,血小板14×10~9/L,血红蛋白80g/L,出血时间10分钟,凝血时间5分钟。入院后静滴苄青霉素、庆大霉素、地塞米松。先后输新鲜血2次,每次30ml。住院初16天内体
