党员领导干部是企业的脊梁和中流砥柱,能不能做到带头廉洁自律、廉洁从业,直接关系到企业党风廉政建设和反腐倡廉建设的好坏。本文拟从党员领导干部贪污腐化主要诱因、企业如何监督管理以及干部需强化的自我监督意识等方面,论述新形势下如何加强对党员领导干部的监督管理工作。
Party members and leading cadres are the backbone and mainstay of the enterprise.
