有64.5%的业主反映物业公司对于小区公用部位、设施、场地经营使用没有知情权;有72.8%的业主反映对于小区公用部位、设施、场地经营收益及用途没有知情权和监督权。近1/5的业主对物业公司利用小区公共部位经营收益由谁监督表示疑问。
64.5% of the property owners did not have the right to information about the public utilities, facilities and venues for their use. 72.8% of the owners did not have the right to know and supervise the revenue and use of public places, facilities and venues. Nearly one-fifth of the owners questioned who oversaw the use of the public sector operating income by the property company.
