采用体外药物毒性试验方法,观察氟哌酸、氟啶酸、氟嗪酸、环丙氟哌酸4种眼药水对人角膜上皮细胞的毒性。结果:测得3.0g/L氟哌酸和3.0g/L丙氟哌酸眼药水的pH4.6,是造成对角膜上皮细胞毒性较大的原因。3.0g/L氟嗪酸眼药水的晚期毒性试验发现角膜上皮细胞收缩变圆,故长期使用对角膜上皮细胞生长有不良影响。
The toxicities of 4 eye drops of norfloxacin, fluoroxydicarb, fluazic acid and ciprofloxacin to human corneal epithelial cells were observed by in vitro drug toxicity test. Results: The results showed that the pH value of 3.0g / L norfloxacin and 3.0g / L propofol eyedrops were found to be the cause of the toxicity to corneal epithelial cells. 3.0g / L Ophthalmic Ophthalmic Late toxicity test found that corneal epithelial cells shrink round, so long-term use of corneal epithelial cells have a negative impact on the growth.
