新媒体的快速发展既转变了高职学生教育管理的信息传播方式,也转变了学生教育的思维方式与工作习惯。新媒体环境在高职学生的教育管理中带来正面与负面影响。教师需要认真地分析与解决存在的问题,逐步增强高职院校学生教育工作的实效性。高职院校是为国家培养高素质劳动者和技术技能人才的场所,其教育管理工作受到社会及国家的重视,但传统学生教育管理措施已无法满足高职院校发展的要求,怎样改革与创新学生教育模式是高职院校及相关部门要思考的问题。
The rapid development of new media has not only changed the mode of information dissemination for higher vocational education and management, but also changed the way of thinking and work habits of students in education.
