近几年来,我校和西安锻压机床厂联合设计了J88—400型和J88—1000型冷挤压机,J88型冷挤压机的工作执行机构为拉力肘杆机构。拉力肘杆机构的运动关系比较复杂,又缺乏这方面的设计资料,在设计初期,往往只有用作图法来确定机构各构件的尺寸和它的运动关系。由于作图法误差较大,设计又不能进一步提高到理论上去分析,故所设计的拉力肘杆机构并不是十分完善的。为了更好地发展J88型冷挤压机系列产品,尽快地满足我国当前冷挤压工艺发展的需要,努力赶超世界先进水
