福利是指企业向员工提供的除工资奖金之外的各种保障计划、补贴、服务以及实物报酬。福利的产生与政府法律的规定和工会的力量密切相关,在现代企业中福利被企业视为传递组织文化、吸引和保留员工的手段。但是福利在具体实施过程中所产生的作用却不尽然都能达到预想的目的。有的企业员工认为福利是自己的一种既定的权利和正当利益,一方面企业福利成本不断攀升而另一方面员工对企业所提供的福利越来越不满足,有之则不多、无之则不可;有的企业对福利的投入很大却不被员工认可,结果导致员工意识不到企业为他们花费了很多成本。之所以会出现上述的结果,主要是因为企业在福利的实施过程中存在以下误区:
