近日,安徽省滁州市出台《关于促进经济平稳较快发展的若干意见》,对困难企业实施社会保险——“五缓四降两补贴”的新举措。五缓——允许困难企业缓缴养老保险费、医疗保险费、失业保险费、工伤保险费、生育保险费,缓缴期限为6个月。四降——根据困难企业实际情况,适当降低参保企业医疗保险、失业保险、工伤保险、生育保险费率。医疗保险费率由6.5%降为6%。失业保险费率由2%降为1.2%。
