文章依据创新生态系统的相关理论,构建了区域创新生态系统适宜度评估模型,并对我国30个省份(除西藏以及港澳台外)的区域创新生态系统进行评估。分别从描述性分析和定量分析两个方面展开,从创新群体、创新资源、经济环境、技术环境四个方面,选取25个实测指标,运用描述性分析的方法,比较我国区域创新生态适宜度的差异。然后运用定量研究,根据对我国区域创新生态系统适宜度的实证分析,计算出各省的适宜度值与进化动量值。通过研究发现我国区域创新生态系统适宜度总体来讲区域之间差距较大,最优生态位的分布存在不均衡现象,提出了因地制宜和培育我国重点区域创新的建议。
Based on the theory of innovation ecosystem, the article constructs a model to assess the suitability of regional innovation ecosystem, and evaluates the regional innovation ecosystem in 30 provinces (except Tibet, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan). From two aspects of descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis respectively, from the innovation group, innovative resources, economic environment, technical environment, select 25 measured indicators, the use of descriptive analysis methods to compare China’s regional innovation ecological fitness difference. Then, using the quantitative research, according to the empirical analysis of the suitability of regional innovation ecosystem in China, the fitness value and evolution momentum value of each province are calculated. Through the research, we found that the regional innovation ecosystem suitability of our country is large in general, and the distribution of the optimal niche is unbalanced. Based on the local conditions, this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to foster the innovation of key regions in our country.
