顾瑞金(1985)报告,变应性鼻炎单用非特异性脱敏疗效极差(16％),临床表明,常规特异性脱敏虽然可取得良好的效果,但因疗程长,患者难以接受,本文对改良快速脱敏法与常规脱敏法,特异加组胺脱敏法和特异脱敏法的疗效进行比较,旨在探讨一种起效快、疗效高、疗程短、方法简便、患者乐于接受的变应性鼻炎治疗方案。现将在我院门诊坚持脱敏治疗1年以上、资料完整的161例报道如下。
