本文报告高血压住小脑出血26例．除高血压外大部分病例起病的主要表现为头痛、眩晕、呕吐、不同程度的意识障碍，以及躯体性共济失调、眼球震颤、构音障碍等．CT扫描结合病史采访一般都能迅速明确诊断。对高血压性小脑出血的手术适应症及影响预后的有关因素提出讨论。
This article reports 26 cases of hypertensive cerebellar hemorrhage. In addition to high blood pressure in most cases of onset of the main manifestations of headache, dizziness, vomiting, varying degrees of disturbance of consciousness, and somatosensory disorders, nystagmus, dysarthria. CT scan combined with the history of the interview can generally quickly and clearly diagnosed. This paper discusses the indications of surgery for hypertensive cerebellar hemorrhage and the related factors that affect prognosis.
