当一个人已经认识到时间可贵,感到应抓紧时间的时候,他首要的问题是如何科学地安排好自己的时间。职务越高,这种需要性就越强。一个管理者如果不会安排自己的时间,那管理其他也就无从谈起了。 1.一定要把你的主要精力放在你所掌握的那个系统的关键上。所谓关键,就是在你所考虑的时段内,在你所面临的系统上,起全局性作用的问题。它的成效与好坏,对全局有举足轻重的影响。 2.每天当班之前(或处理问题之前)请你在15分钟的时间内与外界断绝一切联系,静心考虑一下什么是今天的关键,应当先处理什么,后处理什么,把工作排好队。
