新生儿泪囊炎在农村较为常见,多发生在出生后1～2周;1988～1990年我院治疗新生儿泪囊炎57例,疗效满意,现报告如下。临床资料一、一般情况:本组男20例,女37例;年龄最小30天,最大5岁,1～2月者10例,～4月者14例,～12个月者16例,～2岁者10例,～4岁者5例,≥5岁者2例。二、治疗方法 1.泪囊按摩法:对1～2周新生儿有泪囊炎者,可用手指对泪囊肿块向下作按摩,如囊肿突然消失,表示泪道残膜已被挤破,即告痊愈,本法治愈5例。 2.泪道冲洗法:多次泪囊按摩治疗无效,可用泪道冲洗,并适当加大冲洗压力,如果突然冲洗通畅且无
