橡胶随着温度的改变其剪切弹性模量、动态柔度、阻尼等参数的变化对橡胶式扭振减振器的固有频率定调比、阻尼比等重要特性有直接的影响。因此,按定温或常温确定的橡胶式扭振减振器的设计参数,对变温状态下工作的橡胶式扭振减振器必将产生较大偏差。通过试验研究,本文论述了橡胶式扭振减振器固有特性随工作温度的变化规律,从而为其精确地设计和测试提供了依据。
The change of rubber shear modulus, dynamic flexibility, damping and other parameters with the temperature change have a direct impact on the natural frequency tuning ratio, damping ratio and other important characteristics of rubber torsional vibration damper. Therefore, the design parameters of the rubber torsional vibration damper determined according to the constant temperature or the normal temperature will have a big deviation to the rubber torsional vibration damper working under the temperature change condition. Through experimental research, this paper discusses the variation of the inherent properties of rubber torsional vibration damper with working temperature, which provides a basis for its accurate design and testing.
