高校学生党员数量将随着高校学生数量和党员比例的增加而不断增加。在这种发展趋势下,如何将学生党支部的优良传统延续和发扬,是党支部建设中应该着重考虑的问题。进入21世纪,中国高等教育由精英教育向大众化教育转变,高校学生人数成倍增长,学生培养模式和生活空间发生新的变化,高校学生基层党建工作面临着新情况、新问题。做好高校学生基层党建工作,把大学生培养成为党和国家需要的人才,对于确保我们党胜利完成执政兴国的历史使命具有重大而深远的意义。认清现实情况,分析和解决学生思想政治工作存在的问题,并创造性地开展学生党建工作成为高校学生思想政治工作人员重点研究的课题。笔者分析了目前沈阳农业大学经济管理学院学生党建工作的现状及问题,并着重从组织建设、党建活动等方面对学院学生党建工作创新与实践进行探讨。
The number of student party members in colleges and universities will continue to increase with the number of university students and the proportion of party members. Under this trend of development, how to carry on and carry forward the fine tradition of the student party branch is a problem that should be emphatically considered in the party branch construction. In the 21st century, China’s higher education has shifted from elite education to popular education. The number of students in colleges and universities has doubled. New changes have taken place in student training mode and living space. The grassroots party building work of colleges and universities is facing new situations and problems. Doing a good job at the grass-roots party building among college students and training university students to become talented personnel needed by the party and the country have major and far-reaching significance in ensuring our party’s victory and completing the historical mission of ruling and rejuvenating the country. Understanding the current situation, analyzing and solving the existing problems of students’ ideological and political work, and creatively carrying out the construction of student party work have become the focus of research on ideological and political workers in colleges and universities. The author analyzes the present situation and problems of the party construction work of the students in Shenyang Agricultural University and focuses on the innovation and practice of the party construction among college students from the aspects of organization construction and party building activities.
