观察 36例 (40颗 )老年人牙根纵裂的修复及疗效。采用牙齿半切术切除 36例 (40颗 )纵裂牙根 ,余留牙体分别以全冠 (15例)和固定桥 (2 1例 )修复。结果显示 ,修复治疗后 6～12个月复查 ,疗效为优者 32例、良 3例、差 1例 ,两种修复类型之间有明显差异 (P<0 0 5 )。提示使用牙体半切术结合固定修复方法 ,可有效地保留老年人牙根纵裂的患牙
To observe the repair and curative effect of root longitudinal splitting in 36 cases (40) old people. 36 cases (40) longitudinal roots were excised by partial hemi-carotid surgery. The remaining teeth were repaired with full coronal (15 cases) and fixed braces (21 cases). The results showed that 6 to 12 months after the repair of the review, the effect was excellent in 32 cases, good in 3 cases and poor in 1 case, there was a significant difference between the two types of repair (P <0 05). Prompt use of tooth hemi-incision combined with fixed repair methods, which can effectively retain the root teeth of the elderly teeth
