现在很多人都是通过电子邮件来发送重要的信息,为了确保电子邮件的保密性和确定发送电子邮件的发件人身份,就要用到数字标识。而Outlook Express可以满足这个要求。要发送安全电子邮件,首先要下载并安装根证书,然后申请个人安全电子邮件证书并下载安装,接着添加电子邮件帐户,对该帐户的“服务器”、“高级”和“安全”属性进行设置,以确保电子邮件可以正常收发,并把要用于数字签名的数字证书导入。最后通过收件人给发件人发送一封带有发件人数字签名的邮件,用来导入收件人的数字证书用于加密。这样就可以给收件人发送安全电子邮件了。
