摘要目的 3 T及7 T MRI的血管壁序列已见报道,本研究比较3 T和7 T MRI对颅内动脉血管壁和血管壁病变的显示情况。方法在注射对比剂前、后,应用3 T和7 T MRI的颅内血管壁扫描序列,对21例无症状老年志愿者进行扫描。2位评估者对影像质量、血管壁病变的存在和特征进行评分。结果在研究的动脉分段中,即使存在很多伪影影响评估,7 T MRI对血管壁的显示仍要等于或显著优于3 T MRI。7 T MRI的优势可以更好地显示近端的大脑前循环与大脑后动脉的血管壁。在无症状老年人群中,3 T MRI显示了48处
Abstract Objectives The vascular wall sequences of 3 T and 7 T MRI have been reported. This study compared 3 T and 7 T MRI findings of intracranial arterial and vascular wall lesions. Methods Before and after injection of contrast medium, 21 cases of asymptomatic volunteers were scanned with 3T and 7T MRI scan of intracranial vascular wall. Two evaluators scored for image quality, the presence and characteristics of vascular wall lesions. Results In the study arterial segmentation, 7 T MRI showed equal or significantly better vessel wall performance than 3 T MRI, even though there were many artifact impact assessments. The advantages of 7 T MRI can better show the proximal cerebral anterior circulation and the posterior cerebral artery wall. Among the asymptomatic elderly population, 3 T MRI showed 48
