在我们地区栽培平菇一般以紫孢侧耳、平菇539为主.由于长期使用这两个品种,产量越来越低,杂菌污染严重.笔者在1990年引进双耐型3号进行春季栽培,取得了较好的经济效益,现将该菌株菌种的制作和栽培管理技术介绍如下:(一)菌种制备1989年11月从湖北引进双耐型3号母种,经PDA加5%麸皮煮汁培养基(1000ml水加200g马铃薯、50g麸皮煮沸20分钟后,取其滤清液加葡萄糖和琼脂即成),扩繁培养7～10天满管后转接
