滑枕是机床的重要部件,铸造品质要求较高。为了研究大型数控镗铣床滑枕铸件在原铸造工艺系统下的铸造过程,应用Pro/E5.0三维造型软件建立了铸件、浇注系统和砂型的三维模型并进行了装配,基于有限元数值模拟计算的方法,就该铸造工艺系统应用铸造过程分析的专业软件Pro CAST计算得出温度场和应力场,为进一步改善滑枕铸件的铸造工艺提供依据。
