目的通过分析放射线对作业者T3(三碘甲状腺原氨酸)、T4(总甲状腺素)、TSH(促甲状腺素)的含量,探讨放射线对作业者机体甲状腺功能的影响,为作业人员的防护提供科学依据。方法应用放射免疫分析法检测新疆克拉玛依市609名放射作业人员及50名非放射工作人员的T3、T4、TSH的含量。结果放射组与对照组相比,TSH含量差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);不同工种放射工作者T3、T4含量比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论长期从事放射作业,对人体甲状腺功能有一定的影响。
Objective To investigate the effect of radiation on the thyroid function of workers by analyzing the content of T3 (triiodothyronine), T4 (total thyroxine) and TSH (thyrotropin) in workers and provide protection for workers Scientific basis. Methods Radioimmunoassay was used to detect the contents of T3, T4 and TSH in 609 radiation workers and 50 non-radiation workers in Karamay, Xinjiang. Results Compared with the control group, the levels of TSH in the radiotherapy group were statistically significant (P <0.01). The differences of T3 and T4 levels among radiographers in different types of radiotherapy were statistically significant (P <0.01). Conclusion Engaged in long-term radiological operations on the human thyroid function have a certain impact.
