目的比较低分子肝素与普通肝素钙在血液透析抗凝中的疗效。方法选取2011年6月-12月在我院行维持性血液透析的患者24例,随机分为两组,低分子肝素组和普通肝素组,观察所有患者透析前后出凝血指标及穿刺点压迫止血时间,并进行比较。结果两组患者在穿刺点压迫时间上无统计学差异(P<0.05),透前凝血指标无统计学差异,透后有明显统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论低分子肝素抗凝作用强,不易引起出血,在高危出血患者中应用能避免出血。
Objective To compare the effects of low molecular weight heparin and unfractionated heparin calcium on hemodialysis and anticoagulation. Methods Twenty-four patients with maintenance hemodialysis in our hospital from June to December in 2011 were randomly divided into two groups: low molecular weight heparin group and unfractionated heparin group. All patients underwent hemostasis before and after dialysis Time and compare. Results There was no significant difference (P <0.05) between the two groups in the puncture time and no significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion Low molecular weight heparin anticoagulant strong, difficult to cause bleeding, the application in patients with high-risk bleeding to avoid.
