对经氯丙嗪系统住院治疗达显进出院的１７６例精神分裂症患者，进行了前瞻性随访研究，根据维持治疗时间的长短，分为研究组和对照组。结果表明：研究组复发率为２０．２％，显著低于对照组的７９．３％，并对两组患者的特点及有关因素作了简要讨论。
A prospective follow-up study of 176 schizophrenic patients admitted to the hospital with chlorpromazine for up-to-hospital admission was conducted and divided into the study group and the control group according to the duration of maintenance treatment. The results showed that the recurrence rate of the study group was 20.2%, significantly lower than 79.3% of the control group, and the characteristics of the two groups and related factors were briefly discussed.
