在竞赛中,障碍超越是极致爆发力的表现。从1986年交通部公路局发布《关于开展公路直达集装箱甩挂运输试运线的通知》以来,甩挂运输已经经历了25年光景。1996年《关于开展集装箱牵引车甩挂运输的通知》和2009年《关于促进甩挂运输发展的通知》可以称作发展历程中的两个“障碍”超越点。甩挂运输是改变装备、改进经营方式的一种途径。它能促进以站场为结点的全国货运网络的形成,适应产品制造企业“零库存”的要求,有利于发展结点运输、接驳运输和建立公路快速货运系统。
