我院于1977—1982六年来,从粪便中分离出445株痢疾杆菌进行了逐月统计。其1—12月的发病百分率依次为:5.2、4.0、2.0、4.3、6.3、3.6、15.7、23.116.9、8.8,6.1、4.0。从而说明西宁地区细菌性痢疾的流行规律是一年四季都有不同程员的发生,但主要流行季节是第三季度。分离出痢疾杆菌中福氏菌373株,占83.82%;宋内氏菌53株,占11.91%:史密氏菌17株,占3.82%;鲍氏菌2株,占0.45%。福氏菌始终是我区的主要流行菌群。而且从1978年开始突然上升,一直保持在90%左右。其余各群比例很小,未见志贺氏痢疾菌流行。对373株福氏菌进行了分型鉴定:Ⅰ型153株,占
