证监会官网消息,近日,证监会召开视频会议,学习贯彻7月23日国务院常务会议精神,并研究部署了贯彻落实国务院关于多措并举缓解企业融资成本高问题意见的具体措施。证监会主席肖钢主持会议并作了讲话。会议决定,要完善创业板制度,在创业板建立单独层次,支持尚未盈利的互联网和高新技术企业在新三板挂牌一年后到创业板上市,进一步支持自主创新企业的融资需求。
Recently, the CSRC held a video conference to study and implement the spirit of the State Council’s executive meeting on July 23 and studied the deployment of specific measures to implement the State Council’s Opinions on How to Take Measures to Mitigate Corporate Finance Costs. Chairman Xiao Jing of the Securities and Futures Commission chaired the meeting and made a speech. The meeting decided to improve the GEM system, establish a separate level in the GEM, to support not yet profitable Internet and high-tech enterprises listed on the GEM one year after the listing of the new board to further support the financing needs of independent innovation enterprises.
