患者范××,男,15岁,山东博兴县人。因反复3次四肢瘫痪,走路不稳,双足畸形入院。患者於1967年夏季四岁时,发热4～5天后,感双下肢麻木,力弱并渐加重,至第5日四肢完全瘫痪。呼吸及吞咽功能尚正常,大小便亦无受累。当时在当地县医院诊为“婴儿瘫”,给予维生素,加兰他敏,抗生素等药物治疗,三月后痊愈。到1978年秋季患者七岁时又先以发热,腹泻两天,第3日感双下肢麻木,次日四肢瘫痪,但症状较首次发病略轻。当时四肢肌力约有Ⅲ级,经当地医院又按“婴儿瘫”治疗,1月后痊
