小儿跗骨结核少见,临床诊断困难,多依赖于X线诊断。作者回顾复习了1991年3月～1998年9月共28例经手术或穿刺活检病理证实,并有完整X线资料的小儿足跗关节病例,报道如下:
Pediatric tarsal tuberculosis is rare, clinical diagnosis is difficult, more dependent on the X-ray diagnosis. The authors review the review of March 1991 ~ September 1998 a total of 28 cases of biopsy confirmed by surgery or biopsy, and complete X-ray pediatric cases of pediatric arthritis reported as follows:
