①目的对壳聚糖羟烷基醚化物进行毒性评价,为产品生产和应用提供实验依据。②方法采用昆明种小白鼠急性毒性试验(LD50),新西兰大耳白兔皮肤光毒试验、多次皮肤刺激试验和多次眼刺激试验,以及人体斑贴试验,评价壳聚糖羟烷基醚化物的使用安全性。③结果该化合物小鼠经口LD50>15g/kg,对皮肤无刺激性和光毒作用,对眼亦无刺激性,病理检查皮肤结构完整、层次清晰。④结论壳聚糖羟烷基醚化物属于微毒(实际无毒性)物质,对眼和皮肤无急性毒性反应。
①Objective To evaluate the toxicity of chitosan hydroxyalkyl etherification materials and provide experimental basis for product production and application. Methods The LD50 of Kunming mice, the skin phototoxicity test of New Zealand white rabbits, the repeated skin irritation tests and multiple eye irritation tests, as well as the human patch test, were used to evaluate the effects of chitosan hydroxyalkyl ethers Chemical safety of use. Results The mice were orally administered with LD50> 15g / kg, which showed no irritation and phototoxic effect on the skin and no irritation to the eyes. The pathological examination of the skin showed complete structure and clear level. ④ Conclusion Chitosan hydroxyalkyl etherification belongs to the micro-toxic (actual non-toxic) substances, no acute toxicity to the eyes and skin.
