在作文教学过程中,开始贪多务得,布置给学生的作文篇数多,而适合学生写作训练的札记少;学生平时积累少,写作文为难情绪潜滋暗长;教师轻视作文指导教学,学生写作时因为素材匮乏,语言苍白,陷入尴尬境地;师生在写作态度方面,教师不能登高望远,本着循序渐进的原则进行写作训练;学生急功近利,缺少脚踏实地、持之以恒的写作精神。这些教学中的失败教训可用《学记》中的四句话概括:“或失则多”“或失则寡”“或失则易”“或失则止”。失败乃成功之母。汲取教训之后,札记被应用在作文教学之中,给师生带来了写作的信心和希望。札记的应用,起到了积累素材,丰富语言,提炼思想认识,培养写作兴趣等作用,作文教学充满了生机和活力。

Failure is the mother of success. After learning the lessons, the notes are used in teaching composition to bring the confidence and hope of writing to teachers and students. The application of notes has played a role in accumulating material, enriching language, refining ideology and cultivating writing interest. Composition teaching is full of vigor and vitality.
